Semi - Stealth Project, Now With Beads!
I've been working along on my new Semi-Stealth Project. It's sitting just to the left of where your monitor is - what do you think so far? As you can see, I got the beads that I'm going to use in it. I can't remember the color number but they are size 8/0 seed beads from The Beadwrangler (if you're looking for beads, check her out - fast shipping, great prices and all that!) OK, so since I really shouldn't taunt you with pictures of yarn and beads and no knitting, I've coded one of the pixels in the picture above so if you click on it, it will open a window to the actual knitting!
OK, that's not true at all. I made that up. I wouldn't even begin to know how to do such a thing. Seriously, quit clicking the picture now.

Can't wait to see what you've cooked up for that beautiful color!
Hey! You got me on that one....I can almost see you sitting having your coffee and smiling!
Can't wait to see what you're creating now! :-)
Hugs!!!
Aw, you're just being a knit-tease!
Thanks for the good laugh -- I'm still giggling!
Pretty colors -- pritty!
that's just cruel! ...it made me giggle too ;) so much stealth - is it summer that does that? what will autumn (or fall) bring?
oh, man. You are evil! I sat her for a good minute inching my cursor over the pic trying to get a change! I must know what they luscioous red is going to be.
That's just mean! I do love the color -- how'd you know red was my favorite color in the whole wide world?
I'll be honest. My first thought upon viewing the yarn picture was "this woman has a young son and her white carpet is CLEAN??" Come on, fess up. What is your secret? I have champagne colored carpet and I don't think I could find a spot on which to take a picture of yarn and beads.
You got me! Clicking away on the picture, even made it bigger. I guess I'm not the brightest bulb! Must. Have. More. Coffee! Just read about USA today--cheers!! Way to go!!
bah, i say, bah! you got me too, and I even KNOW better. :-) nice work!
the yarn and beads look beautiful.
I didn't know knitters were mean!! :) You got me! :)
The yarn and beads are gorgeous!
I admit to clicking twice then scrolling around looking for a change. Good trick!
Congratulations on making it into USA Today! I can't wait for the link so I can read it when it comes out. We don't get that paper up here in Canada.
Yep, I fell for it too! LOL Another stealth project WITH beads? Yippee!
Congrats on the USA Today interview. You're famous now girl! Really though, you deserve to get all the glory for your wonderful designs and the generosity of sharing them with us!
I just called you a bad word!!
Thanks for the chuckle!

hahaha, a silly pants trickster you are ...
I got all excited when my fist click changed the screen.... only to find a lovely but just enlarged pic;(
Love the colors--- will be watching;)
One of your "stole'n Moms"
Okay, that was just mean! Although I read too fast to actually get to the clicking, I totally would have!
Lovin the bright colors already! :o)
OOOOO! You got me too!! I love the color! But you're not nice to tease LOL. I am almost done with clue #2. I was sad to only see 100 rows - Grins! I am only doing 10 rows a day to stretch out the pleasure. Is the next MS starting right away--please, pretty please! Love your patterns. Thanks for all your hard work, Debbie
You are way too funny. I have been clicking on that picture so much my computer was slowing down. I'm still laughing. I really have to learn to read to the end before doing things.
Congrats on the interview.
Oh those beads are perfect for that! I love that color red too, just right. Makes me want to dye...
Hee. You had me going there, you tease!
I clicked on the picture 3 times before I read the rest of the post! Duuuuhhhh!
Brat.
Three clicks. >.<
I'm going to blame it on my 11pm exhaustion. God, I'm getting old at 27. lol
hahahahahahaha - I was ready to be all impressed and stuff but then kept reading. . . good thought.
I was poised ready to click-that just made me laugh right out loud! I LOVE that red. And really, if you have a white carpet secret, please share-I HAD white carpet, till we moved in :)
Ya got me to! I was clicking all over trying to figure out what was the most logical location of the Magical pixel to make it work. I should know better... :)
Very cute, Melanie. I didn't actually start clicking because I was thinking "she coded a pixel, as in one pixel?! How on earth are we supposed to know which one?! Thank goodness that I kept reading. I love your sense of humor, though :-). Can't wait to see what that project is, the yarn looks wonderful.
Okay, I'm laughing at myself for clicking on your picture and trying to find that pixel!
I'm loving the MS3! My first one and I'm very happy with your instructions.
Maria
Sheesh, I'm feeling quite foolish, now! Pretty yarn and beads, though!
