Sockapalooza Sock - begun

I finally got started on my Sockapalooza Pal's sock! I am using some Merino/Tencel sock yarn from The Woolen Rabbit in her Peacock colorway. This yarn is just beautiful. It's so soft and silky, with a nice shine to it. I think these socks are going to be wonderful, and I'm so glad I have another skein of the yarn for myself. I'm using the lace stitch pattern from the Vog On socks from this summer's Knitty, but since that sock is an anklet and I wanted a longer traditional sock length, I adapted the pattern and worked a lace rib instead of the ruffle. The design is working up pretty quickly and I think my sock pal will like these socks. (Fingers crossed.)

.....and another sock pattern is added to the list....

Gorgeous yarn - but after a week of crazy yarn buying I'll resist (for now).

Beautiful, as always. If you put a picture of all your socks in a row, I would have a hard time deciding which I liked best. I always like the ones you are working on best!

Blessings

I am one of your mystery-shawlers, and I love the sock--can you tell me the cuff pattern? I adore it!
