The Magical Pullover of Awesomeness!

Magical Pullover of Awesomeness
I finished my Magical Pullover of Awesomeness!  This is the Il Grande Favorito pullover pattern, knit in Malabrigo Mecha in Aniversario.  It's basically a big sweatshirt kind of shape, but the sleeves aren't as loose and floppy as an actual sweatshirt would have.  It knit up really quickly, even with having to magic loop the sleeves and if I do find that I'm wearing it a lot, there are a couple of other colors I'd love to use for more of these.  I'll have to wait until fall to actually wear it since summer is definitely here in Texas.

Here's a shot of the knitted fabric.  I love the way this chunky yarn looks knit up.  It really shows off the colors!

Have a great weekend!  I get to pick a new sweater project!

I love it. I've been looking for a big sweatshirt sweater pattern. Thanks for pointing out that this is it!

I love this color or should I say these colors. I can see why you fell for it. It's gorgeous. I never knit with heavier weight yarn (I live in Texas too) but this looks amazing and I bet it goes a lot quicker than the fingering weight I am working with. Sigh.
