Space Mermaid

 

 I've added about five more repeats since you saw it last.  At this point, it's big enough that it's just not that impressive when I only add a couple of repeats.  On the other hand, I'm not at the halfway point yet (yarn wise, not repeat wise).  I'll probably still give a weekly update on it, but it may or may not be obvious that I've gotten anything done on it.

It's a fun knit and I'm enjoying it, but I'm beginning to suspect that there might be something going on with the yarn skeins.  I can see progress and feel the weight of what's knitted, but the skeins are still firmly packed with yarn.  I'm not sure where the yarn I've knit has come from.  One of the great mysteries of knitting...
