See, I haven't forgotten it!
Here is the first half of the Merino/Tencel Jewel Tones colorway all plyed! This is 675 yards and I just love it. I'll finish plying the rest of it today. This is the first spinning from my spinning wheel that I haven't overplyed at least a little. I slowed it down and took my time with it and I'm happier with this yarn than I am with anything else that's come off the wheel. I finished the Guardians of Lipstick singles the other night (which is why I started plying this) but I didn't get it in the picture. I'll show it to you next week. I left these singles on the bobbins for the couple of weeks it took me to spin the Guardians of Lipstick singles and I will definitely be letting my singles sit before plying in the future. They are much better behaved. After I finish with the Merino/Tencel, I'll spin the kid mohair/angora that I dyed pink to ply with the Guardians of Lipstick. Then, I don't know what I'll spin. I've got roving for two sweaters so I might start spinning on one of those, since I don't see myself spinning it all at once, maybe I'll do a little of that with something else in between. Decisions, decisions...
