Stash Enhancement

I got some new insulation, I mean yarn, the other day! This is Peace Fleece yarn in Georgia Rose and Violet Vyehchyeerom, and I have enough of each to do a sweater. I got the yarn from Kary of the Knotty Sheep. I've never used Peace Fleece but she raves about it and anyone who can make Kitchen Sink Batts (if you spin you should really check these out) obviously has great taste. I will definitely make the Everyday Cardigan from the Violet (please don't make me spell that other word again) and I might make it again in the Georgia Rose (which totally reminds me of the Trisha Yearwood song Georgia Rain), but then I might do something else too. While I was wandering around knit blogs, I have noticed that some people who have made the Everyday Cardi have modified the sleeves a bit so I'll have to see about that.

Gift Giving Friday is tomorrow, and while I know what I'm going to suggest tomorrow, I'm running out of ideas. If you guys have any ideas, please feel free to let me know!

Have you done knitted toys yet for Gift-Giving Fridays? There are several books on all sorts of animals, including teddy bears and clothes.
