Hello?

DSC04590
Is there anyone there? I can't smell you. Oh, Mommy says that's OK that you can't smell people through the Internets. When Mommy told me I could blog, I got very excited. She told me she needed a picture of me and I had to do that sit thing. I'm very good at that sit thing, but sometimes it's hard to keep still. Especially with Mommy having the silver flashy box in her hand. I would like to hold it in my mouth. I wouldn't chew it or anything like that, I would just hold it for Mommy.

Yesterday I had to ride in the car. I don't like riding in the car, it makes me drool. But then we went to the place where they give you cookies! Everyone comes out from behind a big desk and wuzzles your ears and tells you what a pretty boy you are and they look at your feet and really everyone likes my feet. Then you have to stand on this big metal thing and it tells you how much you've grown. I am now 41 pounds (whatever a pounds is) and two weeks ago I was 36 pounds. That must be good because after I got off the metal thing everyone told me what a good boy I was again. I must really be a good boy. Then the lady who gives me cookies comes in and she pokes me in rude places, so it's a good thing she can reach the doggy cookies. I won't even tell you where she took my temperature! But in between being rude and giving me cookies, she checked my ears and they're all better. Then Mommy and I had to get back in the car, did I mention that I am not a fan of the car? Mommy even tried putting cookies in the car, but I wasn't fooled. That car is up to no good. When we got home I had a nice nap.

I know Mommy puts pictures of her yummy yarn stuff on this Internets place, but I don't know if she told you how much I help. I like to curl up next to her and make sure the yummy yarn is arranged right. I don't think she could do it without me, so really I'm a big part of making the yummy yarn stuff. I'm going to go take a nap now. I like a morning nap after Daddy and Caleb go off wherever they go and the house gets quiet. Goodnight!

We have a dog who gets car sick, it started out with the drooling and not wanting to be in the car, and over time it progressed to being sick in a very short distance every time. And of course it was difficult to get him in the car. We get Bonine at the grocery store, and it works like a charm. He likes going in the car as much as our other dog now. Check with your vet for dosage and how to adjust it as he grows.

Well, Logan, sounds like you are growing into a BIG boy and are learning good manners. I hope you learn to like riding in cars ... you can go on fun rides with Mommy if you like cars. And probably get good cookies. Our bank gives yummy cookies and Peanut loves them.

Well Logan, I think you earned your doggy biscuits. Don't bite the silver box on mommy's hand, or we won't be able to see how big and strong you are! :)

Logan, I love to ride in the car. How else can you see all the people and places in the world? I especially get excited when my mom takes me to White Rock Coffee. They always give me treats and love on me. Maybe we can ride together sometime and you can see how fun it is!

Love your cousin,
Stephen

Hi Logan cutie!

It sounds like you had a good time visiting people, even if the lady with the cookies was a little rude at times. And you're right: you're a very good boy! Keep taking care of your mommy!

My Golden puppy who is almost 11 months old got car sick until he was about 8 months old and then it stopped. One thing to try it gingersnaps. Also take Logan daily in the car. First one block, then gradually increase it. That often helps them get adjusted to the motion. He is growing micelle and is so handsome.

What a fine boy you are, indeed. Keep helping your Mom with her yarn and blog. If you are very good, she will take your picture with her finished objects. Ask her about it.

Oh, you silly dog. The car is a fun place, it goes to all kinds of places that you can smell and check out. We go camping alot and we love that car thingy, although when we camp it's called a truck.

You sure are a nice looking puppy, and wow, you weigh a lot! I only weigh 22 pounds and my sister dog Maggi weighs 11! I'm a pug, she's a miniature dachshund, so we're supposed to be. Your Mom sure makes pretty stuff with that yarn. Be a good dog and have a very Merry Christmas.
Liberty (Libby for short) and Maggi from Georgia.
