Ribbing

 

I've started the lower ribbing on my Bentley Cardigan.  It's a bit more autopilot than knitting the back in stockinette and the fronts in the stitch pattern, so it won't be long before I'm binding this lower edge off.  I should probably try it on too, just to decide how much ribbing I actually want.  The pattern gives a length of course, but since I'm duplicating the general shape of a cardigan I already own, I'm going for a specific look.

Is it weird that I'm actually a little sad to be this far along on this project?  It's one of those combinations of interesting knits and great yarn that has combined in a project I don't want to end!
